Planning to make Sarasota your home . . . or perhaps your home away from home?

  • Did you know:  Sarasota's real estate market has been one of Florida's strongest markets over the last three years.  We have consistently out-sold surrounding areas and cities across the state.  Why? Because Sarasota is unique: it's considered the cultural center of FLorida, and it's big-city amenities and small town ambience make it one of the most popular vacation and retirement spots in Florida.
  • Did you know:  On October 6, 2009 Barbara Corcoran, real estate guru, named Sarasota the number one city in the US to buy real estate. Her criteria: prices in Sarasota dropped a full one third in the last year alone. However, more recently prices have increased by 13%, a significant rebound.

That makes our beautiful city a great place to live and a fabulous place to invest.  And let's face it, whatever your reasons for buying a home, it's always an investment.

What type of home do you want/need? Here are some options:

  • Urban living: condominiums in the heart of downtown, with shops, fine dining, marina and exhibits along the bay.  If you prefer a house, there are some upscale neighborhoods just outside the downtown area
  • Golf course communities
  • Bay and Gulf front homes and condominiums: located on the mainland and on Siesta, Longboat, and Casey Key.
  • Suburban living: if you want a house, a yard, with nearby school/shopping center/medical facilities
  • Sarasota features new homes, vintage homes, remodelled homes; high rise condo's, maintenance-free villas, over 55 communities . . . and more!

If you're planning to move to Sarasota,  you really can't do it alone. So take the first step - call me.

I'm ready to go to work for you!

P.S. Whether you're coming to Sarasota to work or to play, or a little of both, our beaches are waiting for your footprints!
